Overtaal first received CEDEO certification in 2004. Certification is awarded based on such aspects as customer satisfaction surveys, in which Overtaal scored quite well in terms of both the courses provided and cooperation/teamwork. In 2006, the Certiked quality management organisation for businesses providing knowledge-intensive services audited Overtaal. The Certiked audit addresses all aspects of operations management and service. Overtaal received a positive assessment for all eight quality aspects.
