Languages
Overtaal translates software from English to Dutch, Dutch to English and German to Dutch. For these language combinations, we have a highly trained and well-organised team of twelve internal translators, supported by a network of around 60 external software translators.
Other language combinations are, of course, possible. One of our strengths lies in our ability to set up a reliable team of project managers, engineers and translators quickly, even for the most uncommon languages.

Localisation is also a consideration when translating 'ordinary' documents into languages such as English, Spanish, Chinese and Portuguese. The differences between British and American English, between European Spanish and its South American variants, between European and Brazilian Portuguese, and between simplified and traditional Chinese require that texts be modified with regard to spelling and grammar – a problem particularly relevant to websites targeting several linguistic regions.
