Quality Assurance

Quality in localisation is achieved through:

  • efficient planning;
  • a wide range of specialists who produce translations that are fluent, error-free, accurate in terms of content, oriented to the target group and delivered on time;
  • training and ongoing coaching of translators.

    Further quality measures include:
  • revisers and editors who check translations according to system;
  • testing: each screen individually, random spot-checks and adjustment of windows to suit text length – all according to customer needs;
  • customer assessment: spot-checks (less intensive checks sometimes performed on systems with a demonstrated level of quality).
