17.01.06 Overtaal awarded Certiked certificate

Overtaal has been a member of the Association of Language Institutes in the Netherlands (Vereniging Taleninstituten Nederland [VTN]) for several years now. In order to become a member of this trade association, institutes must satisfy a number of conditions. One of these conditions is that the institute must receive CEDEO-recognition on the basis of a customer-satisfaction survey. Overtaal obtained this recognition in 2004. In addition to this, Certiked (www.certiked.nl) conducts an external audit based upon the VTN’s quality requirements.

Overtaal was recently reviewed during a Certiked audit, which pertains to all aspects of operational management and the provision of services. Overtaal passed the quality review with flying colours and received a positive assessment report for all eight requirements! We are very proud to have been awarded the Certiked certificate.
